Hello! The reunion is this weekend, as you know, but there are a couple of things you should know before you come:
The location for the reunion is St. Olave’s Church (360 Windermere Ave., Toronto), a very short walk away from the Jane subway station.
Participants under the age of 19 must have their parent/guardian(s) fill out the following permission form and bring it to the reunion. It is extremely important that you have this signed and ready to give to Dave upon arrival, so don’t forget!
For the reunion, you need to bring:
– Pajamas
– A sleeping bag and pillow
– Money for lunch
– Overnight toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
The schedule for the reunion is very straightforward:
Saturday:
9 – 9:45 Arrival and registration
9:45 -10:15 Morning Prayer
10:15 – 11:00 Bible Study with Diana
11:00 – 11:20 Break
11:20 – 12:00 Bible Study with Dave
12:00 – 4-00 Kensington Market/Chinatown outing and lunch (participants must buy their own food)
4:00 – Dinner at the church and Hunger Patrol (details provided at reunion)
8:00 – Movie(s), Compline and bed.
Sunday:
8:00 – Get up, clean up, breakfast.
10:30 – Church
12:00 – Lunch
1:00 – End of reunion
